2. Follow the instructions step by step. Each short video will guide you.

3. Record a 30-second video — introduce yourself, share your challenge, and explain how support can help.
   – If you already have a video, you can upload it instead.

4. Upload supporting documents or photos (optional but helpful).

5. Provide your name, email, and phone number so our team can contact you. This is the final step after submitting your video.
